However, their some government resources do provide loan guarantees to help facilitate small business lending.The number one source of government sponsored small business information (including small business financing) is the Small Business Administration (SBA). The SBA provides information and training for small business owners.

The U.S. Farm Service Agency (FSA) Programs:
Programs designed to improve the economic stability of the agricultural industry and to help farmers adjust production to meet demand. To include direct loans to farmers and producers, farmland rehabilitation and energy programs:Farm Loan Programs
Direct loans or guarantees and operating loans to family-size farmers and ranchers who cannot obtain commercial credit from a banks or similar lending institutions. Energy Programs

Feedstock Flexibility Program for Bioenergy Producers - Helps promote the domestic production of biofuels from surplus sugar.
